There aren’t hard facts to back this up but it is fairly logical that consistent stretching improves flexibility and movement in the body and muscles. By having improved flexibility and moment one is potentially less likely to get hurt in a way like pulling a muscle.

All these benefits of stretching everyday work together in unison can improve the overall quality of our lives. Try and take 5 to 10 minutes each day to stretch a little, focus on your breathing, and let go of the tension we build up as we go throughout our daily lives.
